Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between "GARM INC" SRL ("ITCore", "we"), the owner of https://itcore.md, and any user of the site (the "User", "you"). By using the site, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms do not govern ITCore's services: those are set out in a separate contract with each client. How we process visitors' personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy; how we process data we can access while managing clients' IT infrastructure is described in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

The site is provided "as is". You agree:

• to use the site only for lawful purposes;
• not to take actions that disrupt the site (DDoS, unauthorised access attempts, exploitation of vulnerabilities);
• not to use automated tools for mass data collection without our written consent;
• not to submit unlawful, offensive or false content through the form;
• to provide accurate information when filling in the form.

All materials on the site — text, images, graphics, logos, code, design — are the intellectual property of "GARM INC" SRL or are used on lawful grounds. Any copying, distribution, modification or commercial use without written consent is prohibited, except for:

• quoting with attribution to the source (https://itcore.md) and an active link;
• personal non-commercial use (viewing, saving fragments in your browser).

By submitting the form or contacting us otherwise, you:

• confirm that the data you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it;
• agree to the processing of your personal data under our Privacy Policy — when you submit the form, this consent is given with a separate checkbox, without which the form cannot be sent;
• understand that submitting a request does not in itself oblige ITCore to provide a service — final terms are set out in a separate contract.

The information on the site is general and for information only. It does not constitute a public offer or legal, financial or other professional advice for a specific situation. ITCore is not liable for:

• use of the information on the site without prior consultation;
• service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, third-party actions, hosting failures);
• the content of third-party resources linked from the site.

The site may contain links to third-party resources. We do not control their content and are not responsible for their operation or data practices. Following such links is at your own risk.

ITCore may amend these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its version date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova at ITCore's registered office.
