A team, not one person
Each task is owned by a specialist engineer: networks — a network engineer, 1C/UNA — a DBA, security — a security officer. No vacations, sick leaves or "the one who knew left" syndrome.
ITCore is a managed IT services provider based in Chișinău, Moldova, and part of the Garm group (legal entity Garm Inc SRL). A team of engineers runs companies' IT under one SLA: servers and virtualization, networks and VPN, information security and SOC, backup and disaster recovery, monitoring, 1C and UNA servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, workstations, helpdesk, CCTV, IP telephony, and a virtual CIO. Critical services get a 15-minute response, 24/7. Our engineers have 20+ years of experience in IT infrastructure; the company, Garm Inc SRL, was founded in 2017. Scope and price are set after an audit, starting from €150 per month. Work is done in English, Romanian and Russian.
From CIO experience in large Moldovan groups to our own engineering practice.
Over 10 years in IT-director roles at Moldovan and international companies. IT infrastructure built from the ground up for a chain of 50 restaurants, an FMCG group (meat plant, 30 restaurants, 50 retail stores), a logistics fleet of 100+ trucks and a 15,000 m² logistics centre. In parallel — projects and consulting for international customers.
Garm Inc SRL is registered in Moldova as a group uniting several digital and engineering directions. Over the years the group accumulates expertise in systems integration, infrastructure, development and business IT services.
Inside the group we develop competencies in servers, networks, security, virtualization, 1C, UNA, Microsoft 365, CCTV and IP telephony. The team onboards companies from HoReCa, distribution, logistics, construction, travel, the public sector and IT — in Moldova and beyond.
The business IT outsourcing direction is separated under a dedicated brand — ITCore. The goal — a focused product for companies that need a serious group-level IT partner, not a freelancer or "part-time admin". ITCore remains part of the Garm group and inherits its engineering standards.

founder's IT experience — CIO roles at Moldovan and international companies
ITCore is built around the engineering school of its founder — an IT specialist with over 20 years of experience. Before Garm existed, he led IT in one of the largest restaurant chains in Moldova (50 restaurants) and in a multi-line FMCG group (meat plant, 30 restaurants, 50 retail stores, a 100+ truck logistics fleet and a 15,000 m² logistics centre). In parallel he ran projects for international companies. Today he sets the team's standards: how solutions are designed, how documentation is written, how architectural decisions are made.
We don't just "fix what's broken". We build infrastructure that can be handed over to the next engineer without the phrase "only I know how this works".
Not "fast and cheap", but predictable, documented and under the group's accountability.
Each task is owned by a specialist engineer: networks — a network engineer, 1C/UNA — a DBA, security — a security officer. No vacations, sick leaves or "the one who knew left" syndrome.
Documentation standards, patching procedures, mandatory infrastructure changelog, code review for changes. We work like an engineering department, not like a help desk.
NDA, clearly scoped responsibilities, SLA with real response times, engineer action logs. You always see who did what and when.
Our average client tenure is measured in years. We don't optimise the first invoice — we optimise the shared outcome. Infrastructure quality grows over time, it doesn't decay.
Windows, Linux, virtualization, containers, corporate networks, security, 1C and UNA Oracle, Microsoft 365, CCTV, IP telephony. One partner instead of five.
A monthly report: incidents, planned work, risks, recommendations. Quarterly — a meeting with leadership. Numbers, not "trust us".
Companies from very different sectors choose us — the common thread is that IT has stopped being a secondary function for them.
Restaurant chains, coffee shops, catering. POS infrastructure, kitchen displays, guest Wi-Fi, 1C for accounting. Our founder built IT for a 50-restaurant chain in Moldova.
Retail chains, distributors, manufacturers. ERP, POS, warehousing and logistics integration. Historically our group worked with an FMCG group combining a meat plant, 30 restaurants and 50 stores.
Transport companies, 3PL operators, warehouse complexes. TMS, GPS tracking, a network of terminals, driver communications. Our founder worked with a 100+ truck fleet and a 15,000 m² logistics centre.
Food industry, confectionery, light industry. MES, SCADA, resilient infrastructure for continuous production.
Construction companies and developers. Seamless connectivity between offices, sites, equipment, subcontractors. Work with BIM systems and CAD servers.
Tour operators, travel agencies, hospitality. GDS integration, CRM for travel agents, IP telephony, sales monitoring.
Public structures, organisations handling personal data, medical institutions. Compliance with Moldova Law 195/2024, GDPR, industry standards.
Startups and product IT companies that need reliable infrastructure without their own engineering team. Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, DBA support.
Garm Inc SRL is a group of companies spanning several directions in IT, digital products and engineering services. ITCore is one of them, focused on IT outsourcing and system administration for business. This structure gives ITCore clients access to the broad engineering base of the group, and gives the group a stable service channel.
Server, network, security, 1C/UNA, Microsoft 365, CCTV and IP telephony support. Format — retainer, project or vCIO. A standalone brand since 2026.
Web platforms, corporate portals, integrations. Internal group products (CMS, billing, infrastructure services).
Strategic advisory at the client's leadership level — a virtual IT director for a limited set of companies. Part of the ITCore portfolio.

We take over the day-to-day running of a company's IT, or one part of it, and stay accountable for it under a contract. Each area has an engineer who knows it well: networks go to a network engineer, 1C and UNA to a database specialist, security to a security engineer. That's the main difference from hiring one admin. Nobody's vacation stops the work, and nobody leaves taking the only copy of the passwords.
The service catalog covers 13 areas:
You can contract the whole set as managed IT support under a monthly contract, a fixed-price project such as a migration or office move, or hourly work from 5 hours.
Every engagement starts the same way. A 30–60 minute intro call, an NDA, then a 1–2 week audit of hardware, servers, network, backups, security, 1C/UNA and licenses. The audit ends with a risk map, and the report is yours to keep even if you choose another provider. Onboarding takes 2–4 weeks: we take over credentials through a password manager, connect our monitoring and ticketing, and close the critical risks in the first month.
After that, the work is visible. A monthly report covers incidents, planned work, new risks and recommendations. Larger clients also get a quarterly review with leadership. Every change to the infrastructure goes into a change log, and engineers' actions are logged.
If a client leaves, the contract ends with 30–60 days' notice, and we hand over passwords, documentation, diagrams and open tasks. Infrastructure we build is meant to be handed to the next engineer without anyone saying "only I know how this works."
ITCore isn't a call-out service that fixes something, hands it over and leaves you to it. We stay with a client from the first audit onward: we put the infrastructure in order, run it day to day, and plan how it develops. Monthly reports and quarterly reviews with leadership keep that plan honest. Our client relationships typically last years, and the infrastructure should get better over that time, not decay.
Security starts with the basics: MFA, tested backups that ransomware can't encrypt, EDR on endpoints, network segmentation and patching.
For companies that need continuous detection, ITCore runs 24/7 SOC monitoring together with an MSSP partner. ITCore connects the event sources, sets up the stack (SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, Fortinet with centralized event collection), writes the playbooks and investigates incidents inside the client's infrastructure. If the client has its own security team, response decisions stay with it. One example is a multinational with 1,500+ employees across seven locations, where the 24/7 SOC was built together with the client's own security team. SOC pricing is calculated after an assessment of the infrastructure. More in our article What a SOC is, who needs it and why it costs so much.
Hosting is part of managed IT, not a separate product. Client websites and services under support run on the Garm group's own infrastructure, behind Garm WAF, watched by the on-call shift and backed up every night. On that platform we apply updates and close vulnerabilities ourselves. If a service moves to the client's own servers, updates and security move to the client, and the contract says so. Several clients have moved their servers into our cloud this way, among them a 50-store retail network and a five-branch travel agency network.
We don't name ITCore clients, on purpose. Saying whose infrastructure we hold tells attackers where to aim and puts both the client and us at risk. Case studies are anonymized, with real numbers:
The Garm group was registered in Moldova in 2017 as Garm Inc SRL. Inside it, the team built up its work on servers, networks, security, virtualization, 1C, UNA, Microsoft 365, CCTV and IP telephony for clients in HoReCa, distribution, logistics, construction, travel, the public sector and IT. In 2026 that work became a separate brand, ITCore.
The engineers on the team have 20+ years of experience in IT infrastructure between them, and the standards come from the founder's background as an IT director. Before Garm, he ran IT for a chain of 50 restaurants in Moldova and for an FMCG group with a meat plant, 30 restaurants, 50 retail stores, a fleet of 100+ trucks and a 15,000 m² logistics center. He still sets how the team designs systems, writes documentation and makes architecture decisions.
ITCore is part of the Garm group, which also builds websites and its own CRM/ERP platform.
A. ITCore is a managed IT services provider in Chișinău, Moldova, part of the Garm group (Garm Inc SRL). Its engineers run servers, networks, security, backup, Microsoft 365, 1C and user support for companies under one SLA, with a 15-minute 24/7 response for critical services. The team has 20+ years of experience in IT infrastructure; the company was founded in 2017.
A. ITCore publishes its response times: 15 minutes, 24/7, for critical outages (P1), up to 1 hour for P2 and up to 4 hours for P3 during business hours. There are no fixed packages: price is set after an audit, with support starting from €150 per month and an audit from €800, excluding VAT. Response times go into the contract and are checked in the monthly report.
A. Yes. ITCore supports companies headquartered abroad that have offices in Moldova, and runs projects across the US, the EU and Asia remotely. Work, tickets and reports can be in English. One of its anonymized clients is a multinational with 1,500+ employees in seven locations.
A. Yes. ITCore runs 24/7 SOC monitoring together with an MSSP partner: ITCore connects and configures SIEM, EDR/XDR and DLP, writes the playbooks and investigates incidents inside the client's infrastructure. Pricing is calculated after an assessment of the infrastructure.
A. Hosting is not sold separately. For clients under support, websites and services can run on the Garm group's own infrastructure behind Garm WAF, with 24/7 monitoring and nightly backups; ITCore applies updates and patches vulnerabilities on that platform.
A. Because it's a security issue. Naming a client tells attackers which provider holds the keys to that client's infrastructure, and puts both the client and ITCore at risk. ITCore publishes only anonymized case studies: industry, scale and numbers, no names. ---
